Followerus provides free tools for analyzing publicly available Instagram data: account search by keyword, a fake follower checker, and an engagement rate calculator, together with editorial content. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person.
• Do not attempt to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service, or bypass rate limits.
• Do not resell or redistribute Service output as your own product without permission.

3. Analysis results are estimates

Audience quality scores, fake follower percentages, and engagement benchmarks are statistical estimates derived from public signals. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a factual claim about any specific account or person. Business decisions based on these estimates are made at your own risk.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by Followerus. Instagram usernames, profile data, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Followerus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

7. Changes to the Service or terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time, and may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
